Terms of Use

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Priority shipping orders received before 7:00 am PST will be shipped the same day when possible. Processing time does not include weekends, and orders placed on
Friday after 7:00 am PST, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii special shipping rates vary.

We apologize, but currently, we are unable to process and ship orders to destinations outside of the United States online.

NET 30 ACCOUNTS

All orders will be charged at time of shipping regardless of your terms. If you would like to maintain your Net30 terms please place your order over the phone, fax, or email. 510.785.7988 or info@bathaccessories.com 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.

Overnight and Second Day: Orders must be placed by 7:00 am Pacific Standard Time (PST) to be processed on the same business day.

Standard shipping charges are applied. Standard shipping takes approximately 5-8 business days. Second day and overnight delivery 
is available for an additional charge.

We cannot deliver shipments to PO Boxes.

PAYMENT METHODS

Bath Accessories Company accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

For security reasons, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.

Bath Accessories Company cannot process any credit card with a billing address outside of the United States.

All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.

SALES TAX

Bath Accessories Company is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Arizona, California, Illinois, Massachusetts, Nevada, New York, and New Jersey unless you send us a copy of your seller’s permit prior to order processing.  Please email sales@bathaccessories.com or call us at 1.800.995.2284 and be sure that you have received confirmation from our sales desk.

BACK ORDERS & OUT OF STOCK

If you order a product that is currently out of stock, you will receive an email to let you know about it. We will advise you of the 
possible in stock date and request a confirmation for a back order, exchange or cancel instructions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Bath Accessories Company would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. BathAccessories.com will only accept returns on items purchased through the website with a receipt and order number. To return or exchange your purchase or for any other order discrepancies, please email us at Arjay@bathaccessories.com within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. We are unable to refund the freight charges and we cannot accept any used products. Due to the nature of the product, product boxes must remain unopened and in the original state.

Bath Accessories Company reserves the right to void, cancel, and refund any online orders due to incorrect information (or for any reason).

COLOR ON THE INTERNET

Bath Accessories Company wants you to enjoy the products you buy from us. Please keep in mind that color monitors display colors differently, so if you have concerns about specific colors, please email our customer service. We'll get back to you right away with information to help you select the products that are right for you.

PRODUCT USE

If you have or displayed allergies to latex it is recommended that you not use
Bath Accessories Company products.
